12 days of Christmas- A Christmas Carol Card

Hello and welcome to the 12 Days of Christmas that It's A Creative World is hosting! Now that December is finally here you will be getting into a serious Christmas mood! So we have 12 days of posts twice a day to inspire you. We hope you feel like having ago at a few of them and would love to see anything you get up to!!

So first post up is Christmas cards. We will have a few ideas on this so hope there's something for everyone!

As I was walking past our local church on bin day, I spotted these! How gorgeous are they?!! Vintage carol sheet music complete with the price of a shilling! Far too lovely to go in the recycling lorry not far behind me - so I liberated them with the intention of a crafty plan. So the first plan was to make some cards. I've used natural card blanks, felt shapes and waxed cord. I've kept them very natural and used some ink to add to the distressed look. I've then given them a modern touch with some bling. Just a simple word or the date and a few jewels on the musical notes.
