Cherry Flapjack

After buying the Fabulous Bakin' Boys Flapjack from the supermarket and finding it dissapointing we decided to try some home baking. We made this homemade vesion which had much more flavour. I found the recipe from the river cottage website - (http://www.rivercottage.net/recipes/flapjacks/). I added glace cherries to this recipe as they are my dads favourite. I now make it most weeks for him to take to work.

Thanks Jessie, that's a great recipe, I left out the coconut but added little chunks of dried apricot. Yummy.
