Make your own Tissue Tape

Hi Debbie here with a cheap and cheerful way of making your own tape. I have to thank my friend Linda (Dot) who told me a few weeks ago that Micropore tape could be used to make your own.

I had a huge roll of micropore in my first aid kit (thought no-one will need it that desperately) and started experimenting.

I found that versafine didn't work however I didn't try heat setting it and I was a little impatient.

Black Stazon was the best although I needed to put loads of ink on to make these images.

I do like the way they add a little bit more detail to the "squidge" book I have made.

I'm going to try stamping with different colours and see if heat setting helps.

Hiya Debbie I have had the same trouble & Heat setting really didn't work for me on this with Versafine ink. Stazon is the best at showing up on micropore.
