Good morning
As a papercrafter addicted to all forms of messing with paper, I have amassed over the years, huge piles of scraps.
Nothing makes me happier than when I can put some of those scraps to use.
This layout was created solely from scraps, the only full sheet used was the white background which was actually an insert to an album I had bought and was a good enough quality to form the basis of my page.
The ruffled border is made up from strips cut from the bottom of several sheets of paper left over from a recent class.
Punches are an excellent way of using up smaller pieces, I love this Stampin' Up bird punch.
I have also recently started a glue book.
Glue books have been in existence for some time and there are lots of examples on the internet.
I start with my blank pages and sift through my scraps for complimentary colours and basically just get stuck in - literally.
So ...... the question is - what do you do with your scraps ?

Love your ruffled edge... What will you do with the glue pages? My scraps are in four colour-themed files. At the rate I use patterned paper, i will never need to buy an other sheet!

Great way to use scraps, I hadn't heard of glue books before but will give them a try.

Feel a glue book coming on, lol. My elderly mother would sit and turn pages of a book like yours all day long, over and over, transported, by the colours and scraps, to another, long ago, place and time.
And the ruffles, well, is it the colour, or what, they just float my boat.
