Hello, Eleanor here, with a card for when you wish you didn't have to send one.
It's hard to find a good white ink pad for stamping with, and I'm sure I'm not alone in having purchased more than one which turned out to be ineffective. However, when I saw Jess Witty's sunprint card I knew it was the perfect use of a poor inkpad.
Here's my version, which will be used as a sympathy card.
The various ferns and flowers were stamped with 3 different white ink pads (naming no names here!) and then finally a single stem stamped in versamark, and heat embossed with seafoam white. A little piece of grosgrain ribbon and swiss dots, and a sentiment mounted on a piece of lace, and I'm prepared for a sad occasion. These are the hardest cards to make, in my opinion, but work well in a clean and simple style.

Beautiful card Eleanor -I love the clean simple lines and the sincere message.
