Love the effects you have created, the only way I know how to do this, is to cut and paste a duplicate layer in photoshop and then 'rub out' the bit you want coloured.

Is there an easier way? x


Thanks for posting about this. I had never really considered black for a background in this way, but i have the perfect photos to try this on.
