Guilty pleasure

as defined by Wikipedia is

"something one enjoys and considers pleasurable despite feeling guilt for enjoying it. The 'guilt' involved is sometimes simply fear of others discovering one's lowbrow or otherwise embarrassing tastes."

Let me share some of my guilty pleasures with you, and let you decide if my taste is 'lowbrow' or 'embarrassing'.

This one I buy from Rainbow Silks:

This next one I first spotted in a charity shop, but have since picked up occasionally in WHSmiths:

even the editorial pic is inspiring to me, love the balance - it makes me want to scrapbook again:

Then there is this magazine, from the Embroiderers' Guild:

and which has cupcakes inside:

The projects in it make my heart beat fast and my fingers twitch towards my needlecase
