It's true to say that you find inspiration in the unlikeliest of places, and when I was unloading my trolley onto the conveyor in the supermarket recently, I was drawn to a display of Cadbury's Spots v Stripes chocolate.
In my eternal mission not to leave a chocolate bar untested by the panel at home, I purchased a couple of bars, and as soon as I unwrapped the first, I knew I had to make some cards!
I could have, had I possessed the correct cuttlebug embossing folder, embossed the circles, but since the only spots I have are swiss dots, I tried a different approach, punching 3/4" circles and attaching them with glue dots.
The stripes I embossed with the aid of a ScorPal.
A few different sentiments/ribbons/blossoms/chipboard bits later and I had 3 cards to add to the 'just in case' box.
Keep your eyes peeled for card inspiration, it takes your mind off the shopping.
Bye for now from Eleanor.

Brilliant idea! I don't have a cuttlebug and I love how you approached it from a different angle :0)
