Brilliant story well told. As for me my first love is digi but I do venture into the world of IRL occasionally, in fact I did a whole month of IRL and didn't touch the computer except to get photos at all during that month. but I have now spent a whole month digi scrapping and haven't ventured into my craft area except to cut my 8x8 digi pages out so I can put them in an album.
I did do an IRL page once with only using the stash I had on my craft table (as I am very untidy and don't put things away after I have done a layout that wasn't too difficult)

I really enjoyed this post Alexa! Great fun to read and fascinating to hear about your creative process.

Blimmin marvellous post, and fab layout.

wonderful post! I love to do both digi and trad scrapping. I love the quickness of digi, but for me, you can't beat the feel of all the goodies and having a right good rummage! I have enough to start my own store!
The only downside is we moved home last year and I haven't really set up my 'place' yet...

Great story Alexa! Although it was a long process, it was definitely worthwhile, as the end result is stunning! Hope you're having a lovely Christmas xx
