Hello, Eleanor here.
You may remember my home-made mincemeat, here,
well, it is nicely maturing now, so I used a recipe from Lakeland Limited (do you remember when it was Lakeland Plastics?) for mincemeat streusel. It's no more effort than mince pies, probably less, and tastes delicious. This is a finished slice, just waiting for custard or cream, if it stands still long enough.
This one's mine!
Cheerio.
Oh YUM!!!!

Seems that "yum" is the word - it was the first word that popped into my head!
So much less fuss than mince pies. Thanks :)
