I love to paint chipboard but sometimes I don’t have the right colour to hand so I will mix a couple of shades to get the right colour. This time it just didn’t work out right at all, as I wanted it to match the cardstock I was using. No matter how hard I tried, it just didn’t work! I tried ink pads on an off cut of chipboard but again I couldn’t get the right shade.
Then I had a eureka moment…..I started to mix some Twinkling H2O’s. I found that if I mixed Wild Blueberry and Guatemalan Green and then when it was dry I gave it a thin coat of Pewter not only did I get the right colour but the sparkly finish was just right for my layout.
