Hi, it's Maria here and I hope you're all well this Thursday morning.
My girlie wirlies love to have tea parties with their friends or family. Hey, they love them so much they will even have one with just the three of us.
I made these place settings using my scraps and they make an easy *goody bag* present at the end of the party.
It's nice if you have a photo of the party guest but if not you could use a nice picture and pop their name on it.
You will need
Scraps of card and patterned paper
Photo of guest or a nice picture
Selection of punches or die cuts
Place setting clip - I got mine from Paperchase (love that shop)
How I made mine
Simply cut your base from cardstock - I used some Basic grey scraps
I then used my Fiskars threading water punch around the outside - I love mine but it was a tad tricky to get hold of
Mount the photo on plain cardstock and edge with ink
The butterflies are cut with a Carla craft punch - The red one
I then popped a dab of Stickles on the top and bottom of each wing - Top tip .... Don't stick your finger on it to see if it's dry
A glue dot along the body of the butterfly attaches it to the card but allows the wings to stand out a little
Finally, clip it on to your place card holder
Easy peasy and my girlies loved them.
Have fun creating.
Toodle pip
Those are very cute place holders!
