I don't know about you but I have so many rub ons in a folder next to my desk. I went through a stage of buying every different font and every different colour by every different manufacturer!
I do actually love using them so it's not really a waste of money :)
Today i'm sharing two projects both using rub ons. The first is a layout.
I used a beautiful swirly rub on in the top right hand corner, just to fill the space {I don't do well with gaps on a page!} and rub on alphas for the title, name and date.
It's easy to improvise when you run out of letters. Like in the name Dillan, the d is a d, the i is actually an exclamation mark! turned on it's head, the l's are l's, the a is an upside down P without the stick, and the n started life as a u.
The second project is a frame that we received as a wedding gift. And as a scrapper I find it hard to just leave things as they come :)
So I embellished....
If you've got a hoard of rubons hiding somewhere in your scrapping stash, it's time they came out and were used!
Thanks for visiting :)
