Many thanks to Diz for sharing this technique with us today. :0) Diz, Angela and Joy have contributed their attempts at this technique below.
Joy - UTEE, Pearl Ex and Paint on a Photograph
Step 1 - Add embossing ink
Step 2 - add UTEE
I also added some pearl ex powders. You could also try it with a few embossing powders.
Step 3 - Cook at 160 degrees. Ensure that there is something to hold the edges down. Watch it closely as it melts quickly. Remove, add more powder, and cook again. Repeat as many times as necessary. Note - I did this at the end of the day when I didn't need to use the oven for cooking.
Step 4 - Crack!
Step 5 - Add stamps and paints.
Angela - A stamped UTEE picture, with UTEE running dimensionally down the picture
Stamped Collage:
Baked UTEE, running down the picture

Diz - A showcase of UTEE loveliness :0)
1. This is a plain, cooked, cracked UTEE photo.
2. I purposely cracked off all the UTEE around her face
to get a window effect.
I added lumieres and pearlex for depth.
3. This one also has lumieres and pearlex on it. I also used mother of pearl utee over the frost
on the basketball ....I loved the way the heat from the oven altered the snow colour.
We hope this inspires you to play with UTEE.
