Had a lovely afternoon yesterday with Caz. we went to a lovely shop in Walkern where we bought cotton and a few books and and and.... Then to hobbycraft - love that shop! I bought some really cute little alpha stamps upper and lower case, and of course a few other bits and pices. LOL

But I don't mind cos I have an umbrellas and NOTHING can dampen my holiday spirit. I have hust been to meet our lovely Hannah and I gave her a hug from Zoe! Hannah's children Amelia and Henry are just gorgeous!

been shopping already...

Arrived on Saturday quick shower and change of clothes and Caz (darling daughter), Dani (darling niece)and I hit the shops.

I got a new sim card for my mobile phone, a little shopping in Sainsbury's, and we all bought shoes in New Look. What a bargain!. Mine were 7 pounds!!!!l Here they are! PINK:

 

Have to tell you that I LOVE wedges, cos they make me feel taller than my 5 foot 2 inches. Now I have to go back and buy more they had such gorgeous summer styles.

Arrived in the UK yesterday to great excitement!!!

I have been in the garden and the wasps were having a feeding frenzy. i was quite pleased with this shot

But lol think that only the front wasp is in focus.

My bags are packed...

.. and I can hardly wait to get on my way! My luggage is sort of normal for me - full suitcase!

My backpack will hold the laptop, the camera and whatever last minute things I throw in.  Caz is worried about me getting from Gatwick to Stevenage as apparently there are loads of stairs en route. Well guess what? I will act like a little frail crinkly and ask someone to help me!

I have been looking forward to this trip since February! I have pressies for everyone so when I offload them I will have an almost empty suitcase that I can fill up with STASH.
