Hi all and happy Friday
Slice: To cut in thin pieces or a portion of food. Show us 'slice' in your space today.
Woo hoo have a slice of my chocolate box cake It's to "'Di(e) " for LOL
I have started to lay out all the things I am taking to the UK and the pile just keeps getting bigger. Oh well, lots of it is for Caz and Stu so I should still have space to shop a bit in the UK.
This is what I have so far
- Two pieces of Tartan fabric for Caz
- A jumper for Stu (cos Stu needs a pressie)
- Cotton for Caz
- Some chilli con carne and Chicken balti spices for Caz and Stu (cos Stu needs a pressie)
- A Waterford crystal decanter for Caz and Stu (cos Stu needs a pressie) (which I will pack in my backpack along with the laptop, the camera and anything else that's fragile.)
- 2 of Mum's small decoupage boxes for Caz
- A tablecloth for Caz and Stu (cos Stu needs a pressie)
- 2 cards (wedding and wedding anniversary)
- 2 persian mats (my wedding gift for Simon and jazz)
- PHEW!
I still need to buy biltong and Eno's for Caz and Stu (cos Stu needs a pressie)!!! And maybe some more pressies for Stu (cos Stu needs LOTS of pressies to put up with me)
I also have to fit in some crafty bits, mostly tools as Caz NORMALLY lets me use her stash of which she has loads. I always ask her what she does NOT want me to use and then I use the rest! Her stuff is really well organised and co-ordinated as well. So I will take craft mat, paper trimmer, craft knife, inks, pens, scissors, glue, double sided tape and maybe some ribbon.
I finished my T page for the A to Z journal and now have an idea for the U page so I am on a roll and way ahead of the game. Here is a sneak peek of my T page:
I am making some crochet flowers for my sister's knitting project. So far I have made 9 but she wants LOADS. Anyone help me here how many is LOADS???
Thanks for visiting me and love from Di X
I got my K page done but I need to work on a few swaps now. I have the paper all cut and the pictures all printed out for everything up to O. Just need to assemble it.
I am excited for you! About the UK things.
I am not going to comment on those yummy, diet killing, goodies you posted for slice!
